Strategic Project Management

Managing a project focussing on the realisation – timely and within budget – of strategic objectives and change processes within an organisation. Often concerns projects with a throughput time of 1 (minimum) – 4 (maximum) years. The Project Manager manages a multidisciplinary team consisting of representatives coming from several parts of an organisation.
